Terms of Service

1. Bookings

A booking is confirmed only when our dispatch team sends confirmation of the quote, date, time and vehicle class via WhatsApp, SMS or email.

2. Quotes

Quotes are per vehicle, in Egyptian pounds, and include fuel, tolls, airport parking and the waiting time stated below. Additional stops, route changes or extra hours requested during the trip are charged at the hourly rate agreed with dispatch.

3. Waiting time

Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting after the actual landing time. Other pickups include 15 minutes. Further waiting is charged in 30-minute blocks at the agreed hourly rate for the booked vehicle.

4. Flight delays

We track flights using the flight number you provide. Waiting caused by flight delays is free of charge. Please inform us of any change in flight number or date.

5. Cancellations

Free cancellation up to 12 hours before pickup for city and airport transfers, and up to 24 hours for intercity and hourly bookings. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the fare.

6. Passengers & luggage

The number of passengers and suitcases must not exceed the vehicle capacity for safety reasons. Seat belts must be worn at all times. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle.

7. Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, security checkpoints or other events beyond our control, nor for missed flights when the recommended departure time was not followed.

8. Payment

Payment may be made in cash to the chauffeur, by card, or by bank transfer for advance and corporate bookings. Receipts and invoices are available on request.

9. Governing law
