Information we collect

When you request a quote or booking we collect the trip details you enter (locations, date, time, flight number, passengers, luggage) and the contact details you choose to share (name, phone, email).

How we use it

We use your information only to quote, confirm and operate your journey, to contact you about it, and to issue invoices. We never sell your data.

WhatsApp & email

The booking widget prepares a message on your device. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it via WhatsApp or email, which are then subject to those providers' own privacy policies.

Analytics

We record the approximate country (from your IP address), the page visited and contact actions such as WhatsApp or call clicks, so our dispatch team can respond quickly. This information is not used to identify you.

Retention & your rights

Booking records are kept for as long as required for accounting purposes. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data at contact@amenlimousine-egypt.com.
